1948 The Story Book of Gold Hardcover

A beautifully illustrated, hardcover, antique book copyrighted in Great Britain and then printed in the U.S. Cover, corners and spine show some wear, but inside pages are “Near Mint”, aside from the usual tanning of age. Spine doesn’t seem cracked, so it’s possible it was never read and that the exterior wear is just from years of storage. The story itself is detailed and informative, but entertaining- geared towards older elementary readers. By Maud and Miska Petersham.
